MSConfig Cleanup

You may never use the Msconfig program from Windows to disable certain programs at startup of Windows. Indeed, Msconfig is only able to disable it, can not remove permanently, and if you want to eat we can do this by editing the Windows registry. However, if it feels too cumbersome, we can use Msconfig Cleanup program to remove the list of programs that had been disabled via MSConfig.
