Create a Shortcut for Restart
Normally If we want to restart Windows, you must click on [Start] and select [Shutdown] and select [Restart] and click [OK]. It turned out to restart Windows requires a fair amount of time steps. you can do faster way to restart PC, do the following steps:

  1. Open Notepad.
  2. Type the @ exit.
  3. Save the file with a name restart.bat, and place it in C: \
  4. In Windows Explorer, right-click the file and select Create Shortcut, name Restart (or up to you).
  5. Right-click the shortcut and select [Properties].
  6. Tab [Program] check [close on exit].
  7. Still on the tab [program], click [Advanced].
  8. Click the MS-DOS Mode, and remove the checkmark [warn before entering MS-DOS Mode].
  9. Click [OK], and [OK]. In order to more quickly put the shortcut on the Desktop or Quick Launch, and if you want to restart Windows just click the shortcut.
